A demo you can have on your own website
This free version shows a sample agent. A property agent’s own version carries that agent’s name, photo and contact details, and sends each visitor’s numbers to them.
- Your name, photo, agency and contact details
- Your logo and brand colours
- Visitor enquiries sent to you by email
- Placed on your website, profile link or ads

Questions
Do I need to sign up to use it? No — the calculators and their on-screen results are free to use with no account. Your email is only needed if you want the full report.
Are the stamp duty rates current? The rates used are shown on the tool page with the date they were entered. They are indicative, so confirm with IRAS before you rely on them.
Does this approve my loan? No. It checks your numbers against the TDSR, MSR and loan-to-value rules as a rough guide. Banks decide using their own policies and your full details.
Is this financial, tax or legal advice? No — it is a planning aid based on the numbers you enter. See also the free licence and privacy policy.
