Free Licence

These are the terms for using FlowPilot Hub’s free tools, including ScopeFlow. In plain words: use them freely for your own work, and please don’t copy or resell them.

1. What this covers

This licence covers the free online tools and free downloads published by FlowPilot Hub (“we”, “us”) that are marked as free, together with their reports and exports (the “Tools”).

2. What you may do

• Use the Tools free of charge for personal, business and client planning.
• Use your results, including saved PDF and PowerPoint reports, in your own proposals, status reports and presentations.
• Link to the Tools’ pages and tell others about them.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, resell, redistribute, host or republish the Tools or their code.
• Remove our name or branding, or present a Tool as your own.
• Scrape the Tools, overload our servers, or try to break or bypass how they work.

4. Estimates only

The Tools give indicative estimates for planning. Results depend on the numbers you enter and are not audited, guaranteed, a quotation, or financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Please check important figures with your own team and advisers.

5. Your information

The calculators run in your browser. If you ask for a report or leave feedback, we handle your details as described in our Privacy policy.

6. Ownership

We own the Tools, their design, text and code. You keep ownership of the numbers you enter and the reports you create from them.

7. No warranty and limits on liability

The Tools are provided “as is”, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses or decisions that result from using them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Changes and ending

We may change or withdraw a Tool at any time, and we may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you break these terms, your permission to use the Tools ends.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
