This policy explains what personal information FlowPilot Hub ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or buy a product, and how we handle it. We are based in Singapore and aim to follow the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• When you claim a free resource: your email address and optional name, and your consent to receive the download and occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• When you contact us: your email address and the contents of your message.
• On the website: your cart is saved in your own browser. We do not use it to identify you.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your product.
• To send your receipt and download details, and to answer support questions.
• To keep records we are required to keep, such as for tax and accounting.

Who handles your data

We use trusted services to run the store. They process data on our behalf: our website host and database provider, and our email provider. The site also loads fonts from Google, which means your browser contacts Google when a page opens. These services may store data outside Singapore.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons, and support messages for as long as needed to help you. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You can also withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
