Licence terms

These terms explain what you may do with the digital products you buy from FlowPilot Studio ("we", "us"). By buying or downloading a product you agree to them.

What you are buying

You buy a licence to use the product. You do not buy ownership of the product, its design or its code. We keep the copyright.

Agency licence: what you may do

• Use the product in your own business.
• Use it in projects for your clients, up to [UNLIMITED / NUMBER] client projects.
• Edit, rebrand and extend the product to suit your needs.
• Host the finished product on your own or your client's website.

What you may not do

• Resell, share, give away or upload the original files, source code or download link.
• Sell the product, or a lightly changed copy of it, as a template, theme or product of your own.
• Use the product in a way that is illegal or that you present as made by someone else.
• Remove copyright notices from the files, where they appear.

Updates and support

Support is by email at [email protected] and covers problems with the files we supply. We do not provide custom development unless agreed in writing. We may release updates but are not required to.

No guarantee of results

Calculators, estimates and examples in our products are illustrations. They do not promise any revenue, savings or business result. You are responsible for checking that the product suits your purpose before relying on it.

Limit of liability

The product is supplied "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Ending the licence

If you break these terms, your licence ends and you must stop using and delete the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
